Client Implementation Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams.
• Own each client implementation effort by providing project management.
• Develop and configure prototypes using Platform tools based on clients’ business needs.
• Deliver requirements to engineering or other teams, coordinating timelines.
• Manage test planning and alignment of requirements with Product teams.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery meets client and product specifications.
• Support clients in maintaining good platform hygiene.
• Serve as the primary connection point for steady-state hand off to Client Success.
• Develop training for various PayIt departments on user experience.
• Maintain, update, and develop client-related documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a software-based organization.
• Ability to lead large enterprise implementations.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to solving complex problems.
• Resiliency and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with evolving SaaS requirements.
• Experience with the full project management lifecycle.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time.
