Overview

As a Manager - Client Implementation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of our new clients. You will lead a team of Implementation Managers, focusing on driving efficient and effective project execution while maintaining high standards for technical quality.

• Provide direct leadership to a team of Implementation Managers.
• Implement consistent coaching and mentoring practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and create targeted development plans.
• Oversee the execution of client implementation projects.
• Identify and address technical challenges during implementation.
• Monitor and report on key implementation metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Contribute to the strategic planning within the Professional Services team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of related professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies.
• Proven client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines and budgets.
