In Short

  • Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager.
  • Focus on developing relationships within the capital markets, specifically with private equity firms.
  • Create a new sales channel by influencing PE partners to advocate for our products.
  • Work closely with field sales team to identify key opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to influence PE partners.
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives to prioritize portfolio companies.
  • Stay informed on market trends and PE firm strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in financial services sector, specifically private equity or investment banking.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify leverage points for growth.
  • Natural collaborator who can work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required.
