Implementation Manager - Client Onboarding - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Manager at Versapay, you will lead new customers through the implementation of our AR automation platform, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for finance leaders.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, and payment system integrations.
• Ensure smooth data migration and client sign-off.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding.
• Provide regular status updates and risk management.
• Drive adoption of automation features for clients.
• Identify and manage risks to keep projects on track.
• Partner with Customer Success for long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of project management experience in SaaS or technology implementations.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes preferred.
• Experience managing ERP or financial software integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
