Client Onboarding Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will manage client onboarding initiatives and ensure a smooth transition for clients while supervising a multi-disciplinary team.

In Short

• Manage client onboarding initiatives from close of deal through go-live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalations for client leadership.
• Coordinate client onboarding meetings with stakeholders.
• Establish and track progress against a client onboarding workplan.
• Manage NexTech system and Trizetto Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Maintain internal end user credentials and logins.
• Assist Maintenance Account Managers with internal staff onboarding.
• Supervise a multi-disciplinary team responsible for implementation management.
• Communicate client’s RCM health status and oversee KPIs.
• Provide high-quality client communication.

Requirements

• Associate degree in medical billing or related field and/or 3 years of related experience.
• Multi-specialty, Professional Billing experience required.
• Experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Some limited travel may be required.
• Professional working environment in home with phone and internet access.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
