We are seeking a tech-forward Onboarding Manager to guide our clients through the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring they are set up to reach their goals with our platform.

In Short

• Own the onboarding experience end-to-end.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s strategic goals.
• Manage client technical configurations and requests.
• Guide clients through product configuration and implementation.
• Communicate implementation prerequisites, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive customer enablement through virtual training sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and address client inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success.
• Monitor onboarding progress and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT at a college or university.
• Strong project management experience in leading software implementations.
• Track record of managing technical integrations and configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS products.
• Experience in client training and education.
• Highly adaptable and thrives in ambiguity.
• Problem-solving mindset with organizational skills.
