• Seeking a proactive and strategic Chief of Staff to improve efficiency of the Executive Leadership Team.
• Responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that support company goals.
• Manage administrative frictions that impede the Executive Leadership Team.
• Improve efficacy of meetings, processes, and tools for collaboration.
• Partner closely with the CEO to support the Executive Leadership Team.
• Requires exceptional project management skills and business acumen.
• Ideal candidate has experience with executive leadership in startups.
• Track record of influencing executives for better outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, strategy, or administrative roles on an executive team.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly to executives.
• First principles problem solver with analytical improvements.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability to different communication styles.
• Ownership mentality with a history of driving complex initiatives.
• Strong executor comfortable with high volume context switching.
