This is a remote, permanent and full-time position as per US Central timezone. Umbrella Fund is seeking a strategic and proactive Chief of Staff to join our dynamic leadership team. In this key role, you will work closely with the executive team to drive essential initiatives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and ensure that team efforts are aligned with our mission.

In Short

Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and track key organizational initiatives
Oversee the execution of special projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery
Enhance internal communications to improve cross-departmental collaboration
Utilize performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements
Translate executive priorities into actionable plans for teams and monitor successful execution
Serve as a communication bridge between the executive team and employees, promoting transparency
Maintain a strong understanding of company culture and support initiatives that foster employee engagement
