In Short

• Support the CEO and executive team in managing the Office of the CEO.
• Drive company-wide initiatives and lead special projects.
• Optimize internal processes and communication across departments.
• Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Manage Executive Team meetings and prepare materials for Board meetings.
• Coordinate cross-departmental onsite meetings.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and track progress.
• Support other departments in high-value projects.
• Take on ad-hoc special projects requiring cross-departmental coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall work experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience driving large complex projects.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
