Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare analytics, preferably in value-based care.
• Strong understanding of medical claims data and cost drivers.
• Experience with cohort analysis and provider outcomes measurement.
• Skilled in SQL and analytics tools (Python, R).
• Experience collaborating with clinical and operations teams.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred.
