Overview

The Senior Medical Affairs Manager at Dexcom will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders in France, focusing on advancing continuous glucose monitoring as the standard of care for diabetes management.

In Short

• Lead medical and educational initiatives for Commercial teams in France.
• Map and engage with external stakeholders, including KOLs.
• Plan and execute medical/scientific advisory boards.
• Develop local medical communication plans and present at conferences.
• Create educational tools for various audiences in the diabetes field.
• Collaborate across functions including Global Medical Affairs and Marketing.
• Utilize strong planning and organizational skills.
• Communicate complex scientific information effectively.
• Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
• This is a home-based role with travel required in France.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
• Graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
• Clinical qualification in endocrinology, diabetes, or related field.
• Strong relationship management and project management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate scientific information clearly.
• Flexibility to travel extensively within France.
