• Cordance is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief of Staff to serve as a key advisor and right-hand to the CEO.
• This role will drive operational excellence, streamline decision-making, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
• You’ll work closely with executive leadership and gain deep exposure to private equity operations.
• The ideal candidate is a trusted partner, capable of balancing high-level initiatives with hands-on execution.
• Responsibilities include acting as a thought partner to the CEO and leading high-impact initiatives.
• Must have strong expertise in SaaS business models and private equity dynamics.
• Qualifications include 7+ years of experience in a strategic, operations, or Chief of Staff role.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.
• This is a fully remote role; all candidates must reside in the US with work authorization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a strategic, operations, or Chief of Staff role within private equity, consulting, or a multi-business-unit SaaS organization.
• Strong expertise in SaaS business models, key performance metrics (e.g., ARR, churn, LTV).
• Strong understanding of private equity dynamics, portfolio company operations, and M&A integration.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, drive execution, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
