Chief of Staff - Remote

Overview

As Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with our CEO, Jason Cottrell, to help Orium quickly take advantage of its biggest opportunities in composable commerce. You’ll bring clarity, focus, and momentum to high-impact initiatives and drive strategic execution across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff in a strategy or operations role.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to inform decisions.
• Financial acumen and understanding of financial impacts on strategy.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptability and a bias for action.
• Able to lead by influence.
• High emotional intelligence to navigate complex dynamics.
