Consultant, E-commerce - Remote

Overview

Orium is seeking a Consultant, E-commerce with deep expertise in digital commerce solutions to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your experience in e-commerce strategy, technology, and operations to guide enterprise clients in designing and implementing best-in-class composable commerce solutions.

In Short

• Act as a functional specialist and subject matter expert (SME) on e-commerce strategy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and facilitating discussions.
• Lead discovery sessions to define project scope and uncover business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to align on project KPIs and change management strategies.
• Develop key client deliverables such as functional requirements and implementation plans.
• Provide SME support for e-commerce sales opportunities.
• Research and refine methodologies for modern e-commerce ecosystems.
• Collaborate with technology partners to develop thought leadership initiatives.
• 8+ years experience in e-commerce platforms and digital commerce ecosystems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or technology role.
• Expertise in consulting and discovery.
• Several years of experience in product and/or project management.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience with composable commerce or specific platforms.

• Base salary range of $110,000 - $140,000.
