In Short

  • Lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy.
  • Drive strategic partnerships to enhance product development.
  • Manage inbound business development requests.
  • Navigate complex negotiations and build lasting relationships.
  • Evaluate ongoing partnership health through metrics and goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Support product development through thought-leadership partnerships.
  • Own the outbound and inbound partnership pipeline.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development.
  • Experience in a product-driven organization, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and execute complex partnership deals.
  • Proven track record of developing partnerships that drive revenue.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
