Overview

As the Onboarding Manager at Dakota, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering a world-class onboarding experience for our customers, leading the end-to-end process from KYB and regulatory compliance to ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle for Dakota’s business-focused client base.
• Oversee collection, review, and verification of KYB documentation.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences with proactive communication.
• Build and maintain onboarding policies and workflows.
• Design scalable frameworks for team growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Engineering, and external partners.
• Assist with support inquiries to understand the Dakota platform.
• 4+ years managing onboarding or client implementation in fintech.
• Strong grasp of KYB, AML, and UBO diligence.
• Highly organized with excellent documentation skills.
