Overview

The Client Onboarding Manager at Avetta is responsible for leading efficient onboarding campaigns, driving revenue from Supplier Registrations, and ensuring successful outcomes through collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Lead client onboarding campaigns and manage supplier registrations.
• Establish clear expectations and foster communication with clients.
• Assist clients in gathering and managing supplier data.
• Coordinate communication plans for clients and suppliers.
• Train client users on product features related to supplier registration.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain reporting updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transitions post-onboarding.
• Generate and manage supplier registration reporting.
• Work with clients on change management best practices.
• Support clients on-site and in their systems as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer onboarding or related roles.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required.
• Experience working within the LATAM region.
• High energy and determination are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
