Product Owner - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner will advocate for the customer by utilizing excellent product instincts, a data-influenced mindset, and design thinking to improve Avetta’s flagship SaaS solution, Connect. This role involves managing the product backlog, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of product features.

• Gather and synthesize requirements from various stakeholders.
• Define feature functionality with the Product Manager and Engineering team.
• Break down features into executable milestones and user stories.
• Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog.
• Perform acceptance testing and ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate with UX to design and test solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze product complaints to ensure resolution.
• Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Support Scrum best practices with the Scrum Master.

Requirements

• 3 years in product management in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to articulate both high-level concepts and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Firm knowledge of SaaS and related technologies.
• Experience in defining epics and user stories.
• Strong creativity in solving UX challenges.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Experience with key metrics reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
