Senior Analytics Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analytics Consultant for the Strategic Analytics Team within Professional Services will need to understand the key business metrics of our clients. This will require gathering technical client requirements and ensuring custom dashboards are created within our existing Data and Analytics platform (powered by PowerBI/Sisense/Snowflake/AWS). The individual will be a member of the team who provides our clients with data and analytics needs and will work to draw insights such as emerging trends, and their position vis a vis other clients.

• Use agile methods and modern collaboration tools.
• Develop subject expertise and train others in data and analytics.
• Build and maintain an active social presence as an expert.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in a Data/BI Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Sisense, Tableau.
• Understanding of data structures and design, especially RDBMS-based data concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Client-facing consultative interaction skills.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, Enterprise Risk Management, Supply Chain.
• Experience with SalesForce reporting and analytics.
• Data engineering skills and related languages/tools.
• Experience using Jira or similar ticketing system.
