In Short

• Serve as the voice of the customer, enhancing user experience.
• Work closely with UX designers to validate solutions.
• Lead customer communications related to product enhancements.
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise/commercial product management experience.
• Experience in subscription-based business models.
• Strong background in customer research and product discovery.
• Proven ability in managing competing priorities.
• Experience with backlog management tools like Jira.
• Ability to bridge business needs with practical solutions.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Compliance/Risk Management software.
• Understanding of user behavior analytics tools.
• Experience working in a global market.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
