In Short

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch
• Accountable for a one-year roadmap of features and capabilities
• Partner cross-functionally to prioritize features and optimize workflows
• Define, track, and report on key product metrics
• Maintain a solid understanding of the problems and needs of working adult learners
• Improve team efficiency by building playbooks and standardizing processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Experience with agile software development practices
• Strong analytical skills and inclination to use data
• Ability to translate complex market needs into product requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
