Client Onboarding Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Client Onboarding Project Manager will be the main point of contact between new clients and internal units within the organization during the new client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and managing client expectations.

In Short

• Manage multiple client onboardings concurrently.
• Act as the point of contact between the client and the company.
• Confirm accuracy of information during sales handoff.
• Oversee the onboarding process from contract execution.
• Initiate and oversee implementation of products and services.
• Coordinate recurring client status meetings.

• Conduct weekly status calls during onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing large projects.
• 3+ years in an implementation role, preferably in BPO.
• Project management certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
