  • Flexibility to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Patient and cool under pressure.
