Overview

The Project Manager will oversee client onboarding and maintenance, ensuring positive customer relationships and successful project execution.

In Short

• Manage projects from inception to closure.
• Communicate project targets to stakeholders.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Engineering.

• Serve as the point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, PMP or related certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel and report to SF office 3/week.
• 5+ years in customer-facing project management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach to issue resolution.
• Experience in Public Transit or Government preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
