Product Manager - Remote

Overview

This product manager role focuses on identifying building business cases for and leading product discovery and requirements gathering for new products we are interested in pursuing.

In Short

• Understand the needs and problems of the target market and user base by conducting comprehensive research.
• Develop and articulate a clear business case to present to determine whether or not Hayden should move forward with a new feature (Market Requirements Document).
• Establish a roadmap for new products, developing MVP and prototyping specifications to allow us to get rapid market feedback on new products.
• Work closely with the engineering, operations and revenue teams to define product features and requirements.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams (engineers, data scientists), design teams, product marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each product and monitor these metrics closely.
• Regularly communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, investors, and internal team members.
• Keep an eye on competitors and the broader market to understand emerging trends, technologies, and potential threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years product management or related industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience building and developing B2G products.
• Proven ability to ideate, develop and bring new products to market.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.
• Track record of working in a technical environment with a cross-functional team.
• Strong presentation skills for delivering technical information.
• Expertise in data analysis, including handling complex, large-scale datasets.
• Skilled at requirements gathering from diverse stakeholders.
