This product manager role focuses on identifying building business cases for and leading product discovery and requirements gathering for new products we are interested in pursuing.
In Short
Understand the needs and problems of the target market and user base by conducting comprehensive research.
Develop and articulate a clear business case to present to determine whether or not Hayden should move forward with a new feature (Market Requirements Document).
Establish a roadmap for new products, developing MVP and prototyping specifications to allow us to get rapid market feedback on new products.
Work closely with the engineering, operations and revenue teams to define product features and requirements.
Act as a bridge between technical teams (engineers, data scientists), design teams, product marketing, sales, and customer support.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each product and monitor these metrics closely.
Regularly communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, investors, and internal team members.
Keep an eye on competitors and the broader market to understand emerging trends, technologies, and potential threats.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5 years product management or related industry experience.
Demonstrated experience building and developing B2G products.
Proven ability to ideate, develop and bring new products to market.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.
Track record of working in a technical environment with a cross-functional team.
Strong presentation skills for delivering technical information.
Expertise in data analysis, including handling complex, large-scale datasets.
Skilled at requirements gathering from diverse stakeholders.
