In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends and implement solutions to optimize revenue collection.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Investigate and resolve client issues related to claims.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve financial outcomes.
• Provide ongoing education to clients on RCM processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements.
• Experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in revenue cycle management or healthcare account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with RCM software and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of medical billing and coding.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with financial reports and data analysis.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years’ experience in supervising staff.
