Requirements

• Ability to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
• Proven experience in high-growth recruitment environments.
• Knowledge of US employment regulations.
• Dynamic leadership and project management skills.
• Global experience preferred.
