The HR Employee Services Partner at Cengage Group will enhance the employee experience and effectiveness by serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, focusing on HR policies and talent strategies.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Expertise in coaching and conflict resolution.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR designation preferred.
