Overview

The Parking Services Partner is a critical member of the University’s Campus Services Team ensuring the safe and smooth flow of vehicles and our campus community; while responding to real-time opportunities to support campus access, safety, and parking operations.

• Ensure safe and smooth flow of vehicles on campus.
• Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
• Communicate parking and transit options effectively.
• Resolve parking concerns and infractions.
• Collaborate with other parking personnel.
• Report safety or maintenance issues.
• Work outside of normal business hours as required.
• Maintain collegial relationships with team members.
• Participate in special events on campus.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to positively impact the campus community.
• Positive interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Associate’s degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience in customer service or campus operations preferred.
• Knowledge of campus parking rules and regulations.
• Ability to oversee activities and provide parking assistance.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies.
