Overview

The Senior Cashier for Parking Services at Allegheny Health Network oversees cash revenue and ensures the integrity of the parking system while providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

In Short

  • Oversee cash revenue and lease card system.
  • Substitute for the supervisor when necessary.
  • Operate hospital parking window and perform cashier duties.
  • Ensure timely reimbursement for lease services.
  • Perform reconciliation functions for payment stations.
  • Collect parking lease fees and greet patients/visitors.
  • Respond to inquiries and assist customers with parking systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the parking facility.
  • Perform other department functions as assigned.
  • Minimum 4 years of cashier experience required.

Requirements

  • Strong emphasis on cashiering large amounts of revenue.
  • Experience with pay-on-foot systems preferred.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Ability to maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail in cash handling and reconciliation.
