Analyst, Employee Services (HR) - Remote

Overview

The Analyst, Employee Services (HR) is responsible for providing full service support to employees in all aspects of Employee Services Operations.

In Short

• Manage Employee Life Cycle and HR Personnel Data
• Perform data entry into HRIS
• Generate and ensure compliance with external correspondence
• Work closely with payroll and HRIS team
• Ensure compliance as Custodian of Records
• Manage processing of New Teacher Residents
• Provide elite customer service to Aspire Employees
• Collaborate with Employee Services team
• Demonstrate knowledge of Aspire's mission and values
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Understanding of employment guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Knowledge of HR practices
• Must be accurate and detail-oriented
• High level of flexibility and professionalism
• Must be able to travel occasionally
• Knowledge of UltiPro or similar systems a plus
