The Director of Talent Acquisition at DaVita will lead a team responsible for filling critical positions within the organization, partnering with operational leaders to align on recruitment strategies and ensure the hiring of top talent to support patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• 7+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems required.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Office required.
• In-depth knowledge of staffing regulations required.
