  • Oversee agency and creator relationships for premium talent access.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
  • Proven track record in managing high-profile creator relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy and platform trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading teams with a focus on DEI culture.
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
  • Strong grasp of FTC guidelines and brand safety standards.
  • A builder mindset for operational excellence.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns.
