The Director of Partnerships will own Sweed’s strategy and execution for 3rd-party partnerships across the cannabis ecosystem, driving lead acquisition and strategic integration opportunities.

  • Launch co-branded marketing campaigns and manage partner events.
  • Establish governance models for partner tiers and sourcing attribution.
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS or cannabis tech required.
  • Exceptional relationship builder with high EQ.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS or cannabis tech.
  • Experience launching and scaling referral or channel programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM (HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with the cannabis retail ecosystem.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
