Director of Platform Partnerships - Remote

Overview

Smartly is seeking a Director of Platform Partnerships to join our growing Global Partnerships Team. The Global Partnerships Team is responsible for strengthening strategic relationships with platform and integrated partners to accelerate new business, retain and grow existing customers, enhance product-market fit, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across the organization.

In Short

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to accelerate Smartly’s presence and impact within the Meta ecosystem.
• Own revenue targets for media activation and foster senior-level relationships.
• Partner with Meta to shape and deliver joint business plans.
• Serve as the key strategic liaison for partner product direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth strategies.
• Advocate for shared goals with Meta partnerships.
• Provide strategic thought leadership and make independent decisions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to innovate and optimize partnerships.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 12+ years in partnerships, business development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute impactful strategies.
• Deep understanding of the ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems.
• Proven success negotiating complex business terms.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of identifying new opportunities and co-creating solutions.
• Experience managing significant P&L responsibilities.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
