Overview

As a Senior Agency Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you will drive retention and growth among valued agency customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed in driving their clients’ goals.

In Short

  • Act as the main point of contact for agency activation partners.
  • Be a specialist in the Smartly platform and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with Agency Sales to develop agency development strategies.
  • Partner with Onboarding teams on training procedures.
  • Build and deliver programs to educate agency teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with agencies and partners.
  • Inform product roadmap based on agency feedback.
  • Contribute to building a world-class Agency Customer Success organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success.
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Empathetic with a strong desire to help customers.
  • Results-driven mentality with a bias for action.
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Able to hybrid work in the London Smartly office (3 days a week).
  • Willing to travel for business reviews and events.
