Overview

The Senior Client Success Manager at Beam Benefits is responsible for ensuring high broker satisfaction and client retention by managing client relationships and supporting the sales team in expanding broker partnerships.

In Short

  • Manage proactive client relationships to drive value.
  • Support open enrollment processes and educate employees.
  • Assist in renewals by quoting and negotiating rates.
  • Generate reports and derive insights from data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client needs and feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience required.
  • Must secure Life & Health license within 60 days.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred.
  • Ability to learn new products and adapt to processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills across various mediums.
  • Experience with new technology products is a plus.
  • Ability to solve client issues effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other Client Success tools preferred.
