Overview

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will build and optimize customer success processes to enhance retention and drive revenue growth in a high-growth SaaS startup.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in improving customer success processes.
• Demonstrated results in reducing churn and increasing adoption.
• Strong experience with CRM and customer success tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive approach.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented attitude.
• Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
• Experience with pricing and renewal strategy is a plus.
• Experience in hiring and developing teams is a plus.
