  • Manage a portfolio of SMB and enterprise clients.

  • Achieve sales KPIs and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce.
  • Consistent achievement of sales KPIs.
  • Experience with diverse global teams.
  • Proven revenue growth and positive customer sentiment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to listen to and interpret client requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop scalable solutions.
  • Willingness to work out-of-hours and travel if needed.
