Overview

The Director, Compensation & Benefits, is a regional leader in the global C&B team, overseeing strategy and implementation for the Americas, while requiring fluency in Spanish and English.

In Short

  • Lead regional C&B initiatives for North America and LATAM.

  • Design and implement compensation plans tailored to Latin America.
  • Oversee corporate compensation programs and annual salary reviews.
  • Collaborate with global C&B teams for standardization.
  • Prepare presentations for compensation plans in Spanish and English.
  • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws.
  • Support M&A activities with C&B analysis.
  • Utilize HRIS systems like Workday for process improvement.
  • Foster relationships across HR, Legal, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years in compensation and benefits management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws in Latin America.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
