Overview

As Vanta’s Director, Compensation, you’ll be responsible for driving our execution around compensation for all Vanta’ns, partnering with the Head of People Operations and Chief People and Legal Officer to own our overall compensation strategy.

In Short

  • Manage and iterate on compensation philosophy and strategy.
  • Execute and improve existing compensation processes.
  • Provide thought leadership and market data on core compensation aspects.
  • Develop recommendations for compensation program improvements.
  • Administer executive compensation programs.
  • Own and iterate on compensation tech stack and workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, especially in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with core compensation data sources, like Radford and Pave.
  • Experience with executive compensation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
