Overview

The Director of Sales will meet and/or exceed sales objectives and goals by developing a client base and maintaining potential customer relationships through sales calls, prospecting, networking, and referrals.

In Short

  • Full-time exempt position with regular travel required within the USA.
  • Drive growth through effective execution of the national sales strategy.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals and annual revenue targets.
  • Optimize the sales process for consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify and develop new relationships in the workers’ compensation market.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the Executive team.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and operational teams.
  • Base pay of $130K-150K annually with quarterly commissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a selling role in managed care or workers compensation.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and sales psychology.
  • Strong knowledge of the company's and competitive products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
