Overview

The Director of Sales will achieve and surpass sales targets by building a robust client base and fostering strong relationships with potential customers through sales calls, prospecting, networking, and referrals.

• Base pay of $130K-150K annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a selling role in managed care or workers compensation.
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and sales psychology.
• Strong working knowledge of the company's and competitive products.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
