Telephonic Case Manager (RN) - Remote

Overview

EK Health is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) to join their Case Management Team to assist injured workers in receiving appropriate medical care.

In Short

• Full-time remote position, Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm local time.
• Requires a Compact RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Workers Compensation is preferred but not required.
• Base pay ranges from $35 to $42 per hour.

• Responsibilities include communicating with medical providers and evaluating patient needs.
• Coordinate care and monitor the plan of care for injured workers.
• Prepare comprehensive notes and discuss care plans with involved parties.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience as an RN.
• Valid Compact RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Case Management and Home Health Care is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High comfort level with computers and software applications.
