Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) - Remote

Overview

This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating service options to assist injured workers in receiving appropriate medical care.

In Short

• Full-time remote position.
• Monday – Friday, 8:30am -5:30pm local time.
• Requires a Compact RN license in good standing.
• Workers Compensation experience preferred but not required.
• Base pay $35-42/hr or $72,800 - $87,360 annually.
• Communicate with medical providers, employers, and injured workers.
• Perform nursing evaluations and review medical correspondence.
• Coordinate information among all parties involved.
• Implement and monitor the plan of care.
• Equipment and internet stipend provided.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• 3-5 years clinical experience as an RN.
• Valid Compact RN license with no restrictions.
• Professional and technical skills of a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in Case Management and Home Health Care is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High comfort level with computers and software.
