Overview

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Telephonic Case Management Nurse to provide professional case management for workers' compensation claims.

In Short

  • Provide telephonic case management for workers' compensation claims.
  • Communicate with injured workers and healthcare providers.
  • Adhere to deadlines and state statutes.
  • Document case details per URAC standards.
  • Analyze medical records for treatment direction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security standards.
  • Promote objectives of the Medical Management Division.

Requirements

  • Valid RN License (required).
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification (plus).
  • Experience in reviewing medical records (required).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (required).
  • Must be initiative-taking and accountable (required).
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish (preferred).
