Requirements

• Current IL Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience in Case Management and Chronic Condition Management.
• Knowledge of healthcare management and reimbursement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• High-speed internet connection and a secure home office.
• Certification in Case Management preferred.
