Requirements

• Licensed RN in Georgia with compact license.
• 3+ years of RN Case Management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Certification in Case Management preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in navigating technology and EHR systems.
• Compliance with accreditation and quality standards.
• Observance of patient confidentiality.
