  • Experience with Workday compensation programs.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of benefits design and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Leadership skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Flexible and hands-on approach.
