Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Agiloft, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, driving product engagement, and advocating for customer needs within the organization.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers on renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in relationship building and retention strategies.
  • Strong focus on customer-centric engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
